Emeka Obiozo is a senior construction and infrastructure leader with more than 24 years of experience delivering complex transportation and infrastructure programmes across the United Kingdom and Nigeria. He possesses deep expertise in construction assurance, NEC3 contract administration, CDM compliance, safety governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and project delivery from planning through commissioning. His extensive portfolio includes nationally significant projects within the rail and transportation industry.
