In preparation for
operations in Iraq, CKT International Drilling Corporation has formed a
strategic alliance with an international engineering services company that is
based in the Houston, Texas area. When requested by CKT International
Drilling Corporation, the engineering service company, as our industry
partner, shall provide engineering services, key supervisory personnel
relating to drilling rig operations and training of Middle Eastern nationals
as on site rig personnel and engineers. Included with the expansion of drilling services into Iraq and the Middle East, CKT International Drilling Corporation will be opening a regional field office in Kuwait or the UAE. The opening of the additional office for the Company is scheduled to occur during the period that our fleet of rigs is mobilized into the Middle East in response the finalization of contracts and commencement of operations in the Middle East. |

To service the
immediate opportunities in Iraq and to provide for additional work in the
Middle East, CKT International Drilling Corporation has as of the second
quarter of 2009, 12 land-based drilling rigs available, which range in size
from 1350 hp to 3000 hp
and which can be designated for use in the Middle East. CKT International
Drilling Corporation forecasts that the Company could commit up to an
additional 20 rigs as needed over the near term in order to fulfill expanded
